Continuous steam sterilizing system :
- The applicable scope includes granules such as: rice, wheat and beans, as well as powders such as: wheat flour, corn flour, various spices and herbs
- Technical characteristics :
- Rotating tumble pressure vessel (initially developed for rice sterilization)
- Equipped with pressure vessel of rotating blade screw conveyor (mainly used for large amounts of beans and corn flakes)
- Equipped with pressure vessel of rotating blade screw conveyor for pressurized steam sterilization of powders such as wheat, corn and curry flours. The device is basically applicable for short time processing under high temperature.
- Pressure vessel of vibrating tank conveyor specifically designed for continuous sterilization of herbs and spices (c.f. pepper, white pepper, chili and curry powder). The device is basically applicable for short time processing under high temperature in medium form.
